75세에 내시경을 처음 시행하신 분으로 검진위내시경상 하기소견으로 본원 위암진단후 

단국대병원 외과 전원후 수술 

Esophagus : a few mucosal breaks(< 5mm) at EG junction 

Stomach : several erosions at the antrum and body

음식물정체 

유문이 거의 다 막힐정도로 5*5cm mass  bx*4

Duodenum : non specific finding

Con) Reflux esophagitis, (LA-A)

        Erosive gastritis

         AGC

comment : 75세에 처음 시행한 위내시경
