설사 물변 1년이상 제중감소동반하면서 검은변으로 내원 본원 위대장내시경(내시경 처음)후 직장암 진단 후
단국대병원 전원하여 수술
Cecum 까지 관찰함

Rectum AV 10~ 20cm rectal cancer Bx*2

B) Large intestine, rectum, 10 cm from anal verge, colonoscopic biopsy:
Active proctitis with ulcer and few atypical galnds,
regenerative atypia versus dysplasia (see comment)

B) Atypical glands are scanty in amount.
Follow-up and re-biopsy is recommended if malignancy is clinically suspected.
