분변잠혈검사 양성으로 대장내시경 처음 시행
여러개의 용종절제술 시행
직장암 본원 진단, 본원 CT 추가검사 후 다른소견없음
수술없이 추적관찰.

A) Large intestine, rectum, 10 cm from anal verge, colonoscopic resection(EMR):
Adenocarcinoma, well differentiated, arising from tubulovillous adenoma
with 1) Carcinoma size : about 0.6 cm in diameter
2) Adenoma size: about 1.2 cm in diameter
3) Confined to lamina propria of mucosa (pTis)
4) Absence of vascular and lymphatic invasion
5) Not identified tumor budding
comment : 50-60대 이후 처음시행한 대장내시경상 진행성 대장암 발견확률이 높습니다
이제라도 한번쯤은 최대한 빠른시간에 대장내시경을 권유드립니다.
