2023년 11월 28일 위대장및 복부초음파 시행
초음파상 하기 소견
Nomal size and parenchymal echogenicity without focal lesion in the liver.
GB 내에 1cm 이상의 echogenic lesion 관찰.
CBD dilatation (1.02cm)
Pancreas, Both kidneys,Spleen에 특이소견 보이지 않음.
Pancreas tail은 bowel gas로 인해 평가가 제한적임.
Conclusion: GB stone. Dilated CBD.
소변검사상 Occult Blood : Positive(+3)(W) LEU : Positive(+1)(W) R.B.C : 25-30 W.B.C : 1-3
-> 담도확장과 혈뇨로 APCT촬영함
Abdomen CT(조영제주입)
A 3.5cm well-enhancing mass, left kidney.(Sr 2,3 im 45, sr 5 im 27)
DDx) RCC(renal cell carcinoma)
Other renal mass such as oncocytoma.
A 16mm GB stone.(sr 2 im 33)
Mild CBD dilatation(10mm) with no gross obstructive lesion.(sr 5 im 18, 19)
- Probably, senile change rather than hidden lesion.
comment : 복부불편감시 복부초음파(간,담낭,췌장,비장,신장)를 통해 복강내 소화기관 검사가 가능하나
복부초음파상 관찰되지 않는 병변이 있을수 있으니 혈뇨가 심할 시 복부CT검사가 필요할수 있습니다.
