20.  직장유암종 49세 여환 조OO님  

2023년 12월 15일 대장내시경상 직장에 1cm 용종절제술 시행 

직장유암종 진단, 완전절제로 수술없이 회복중 

   <FINAL DIAGNOSIS>

   Rectum, 5 cm from anal verge, colonoscopic mucosal resection (EMR):

     NEUROENDOCRINE TUMOR, grade 1 (Carcinoid tumor)

     with 1) greatest tumor dimension of 5 mm

          2) invasion of submucosa

          3) no mitotic figure

          4) Ki-67 proliferating index less than 1%

          5) no angiolymphatic invasion

          6) clear mucosal resection margin

          7) indeterminate deep resection margin
