건강검진으로 내원 배우자와  생애 처음 시행한 내시경검사상 상기상병 진단

본원 EMR 시행 후 제자리암도 가능하는 본원에서 병리적 결과 바탕으로 암진단(C20)함

A) Large intestine, rectum, 7 cm from anal verge, colonoscopic mucosal resection:

<Final diagnosis: 2023.9.20>

     NEUROENDOCRINE TUMOR, grade 1 (Carcinoid tumor)

     with 1) greatest tumor dimension of 9 mm

          2) invasion of submucosa

          3) no mitotic figure

          4) Ki-67 proliferation index < 2%

          5) no angiolymphatic invasion

          6) indeterminate resection margin
