본원 chestCT(25년 1월 24일) 후 전원 후 25.2.13 폐암진단
* Clinical information :
S : 기침 증상 더 심해진 것 같다
잔기침이 계속 나온다.
O : CBS s wheezing
BT 36.7
CXR - 양측 폐 전반적으로 비정형 음양 증가
* Comparison : none
FINDINGS :
Multiple small innumerable nodules in both lungs
- the largest one : 2.6 cm in RUL central portion
-> D/Dx miliary TB (or miliary fungal infection), lung cancer in RUL and lung to lung metastasis
-> rec) further work up
comment : 현재 경구항암제(렉라자정) 복용하시면서 추적관찰중 입원실비로 면역치료는 (못)안하심.
